Fair!

Pic heavy post today! The fair is in full swing, and I had a great time wandering around last night. My knits did pretty well overall, which is always a great feeling. Last night was also the Lawnmower Obstacle Course, which was just as enjoyable as it sounds.

I was a little bummed that my crochet octopus only placed second in its lot, but it was up against that adorable crochet unicorn, so I really can't get upset.

  1. wow, you did well if you ask me! I haven't submitted any of my knits to the local fair yet. I do love to walk through the exhibits and see what others are knitting up!!

  2. Holy cow awesome! Congrats on your collection of ribbons! These sorts of fairs aren't really a thing in Canada - not in general (though maybe some towns do it). There was the Alaska State Fair last month that allows Yukoners to submit items. I missed the deadline this year, but I might go for it next year!
