A New Top

The other day I  got my most recent Knit Picks order, so I set my Zinone aside and started a new tee. I've got a plan for three of these little guys, they're just the sort of thing I love to wear, and I'm planning to release the patterns as a little mini collection this summer. I already have two of the three patterns written up, and I'm hoping to have this sample finished in the next couple of weeks.

I'm not going to push myself too hard until after my friend's wedding, though- I leave for Minneapolis tonight for the bachelorette party, and then I have to finish the wedding present, and I'll lose about three days to the wedding itself, but I'm enjoying this so far, and all of these tees will be great lunch and play rehearsal knitting.

It feels a little weird to have so many projects on the go right now. I feel like I spent a lot of the last few months trying to cut down on my WIPs, and now I'm juggling projects left and right. I've always been a project juggler, though, and no matter how many times I get the urge to finish a bunch of stuff, projects just keep getting back on the needles.

  1. If project juggling makes you happy, go for it! You tend to finish almost everything you start, so I know you'll have a batch of finished sweaters in no time.
